I wish there was a zero rating for this product.
If I just wanted an iPod speakers, I would have bought that, but this item claims to be a both, alarm and iPod audio system. iPod work fine but the alarm does not. I set both alarms and only one works.
I’m on my way to return it.

I’m on my second IP9 in a month. Both are having the same problem. When placing my Iphone 3g on the dock connection, half the time, I’ll get a window popping up to warn me that this accessory is not designed to work with the Iphone and I should use airplane mode. What’s up with that? Of course it was designed for the Iphone. If I remove the phone and re-dock, it will usually work OK, but sometimes it takes 3 or 4 tries to get it to work. If I don’t catch it, the alarm will only trigger the buzzer.
This is some crazy erratic behavior that I’m not willing to pay $90 for.

Excellent value! The clock is easy to read and the electronics easy to understand and use.

The radio on this product worked for one day before going completely to static. I have moved the antenna moved the radio but can get nothing anymore. The unit also has stopped recognizing my ipod touch. I can charge it and turn it on but I cannot get the sound from the ipod to come out of the ip9. The display of the unit is also hard to read unless an ipod is connected to it. If it is not connected to it the unit seems to light everything on the display so you can not even tell what time it is.
