I bought this to have for outdoor parties and just in the house. When I first got it I put my zune in and had the volume on about 10-15 it worked amazing. However, that night we had a bonfire party and I set my kicker up out of the way where it wouldn’t get wet or knocked over. We were outside so it was on full volume. It worked for the first 10 min but then it started to skip and my zune would say it was playing but the little bar thing at the bottom wouldn’t move…It was also frozen and I couldn’t change the song. I turned off the kicker…unplugged it…took my zune off and the restarted my zune…I plugged everything back on and turned the kicker on…about 5-15 minutes later it did it again… I restarted everything 3 or 4 times at about the fifth time it erased everything on my zune…all of my songs and pictures and videos. I would send it back and demand a refund but after seeing it worked at first I burned the box… so now I am stuck with this piece of [...]. I only hope all of my songs will resync.

A wonderful product with one flaw — the remote is horrible. It works sporadically at best, and is poorly made. Apparently you have to point it directly at the exact spot on the dock for it to work at all. The dock sounds great, in all ranges; it does everything it is supposed to do. 5 for the speaker dock, 0 for the remote.

I just bought the zk500 couple days ago, well before i buy this device i read couple of reviews but i don`t believe what people said about the zk500 but now that i own it please believe me, this thing erase my zune twice and i only use it for 20 minutes when i see zune stop suddenly then freeze for almost one hour when i reset it,my zune 80gb don`t have any song,video,picture inside the only thing it work is the radio! don`t get me wrong but when it`s working sound great, but if maybe doesn`t have the anoying and frustrating problem it will be fine!i only own it for 2 days now i returning to get my money back! when i have my money i thinking buying a **Zune Home AV Pack v2** with **M-Audio Studiophile AV 40 Powered Speakers** my friend got those and the sound is great! i know is not so portable but i can party with it! so please…. like i said, don`t waste your money and your time!

I got my new zune kicker, opened it, hooked it up, and low and behold… the control knob is messed up, the vol. goes up and down on its own and you can’t give it any inputs, the whole thing looks nice, but, now I have to send it to kicker and wait for a month to get another one. Feel like I got ripped big time.

I won’t be buying anything else from AMAZON.COM again…

I give the player a 1 star,(for looks) I give Amazon 0 stars, all I got from Amazon was ohh we are so sorry, call kicker and get a RA number and send it to them to fix.

If someone else made a player for Zune, I would return this one and get my money back and get something else. but no luck, I got a ZUNE and there just is not much out there for us ZUNER’s

Well i purchased this item because of the reviews, and all the other brands people had said that when they received the player did not work. Well when i received this it did not work. So back it went, waiting for credit. Amazing how quickly they take your money but how slow they are to return it…
