Product is fine. However, I ordered this on Dec. 17 and as with all amazon orders, it was guaranteed by Christmas. I heard nothing from eforcity until a notification around new years that it had shipped on Dec. 26th. No apology, no discount, nothing. I will make sure to never even consider this seller in the future and I recommend the same to anyone reading this. Absolutely horrible customer service. It’s a shame amazon allows them to sell on their site.

When I ordered this item I wanted the one for the iPhone but accidentally ordered the one of the iPod. I can’t find any way to return it.
My reason for ordering the one for the iPhone is because I have a friend who has one and it is great.
Thanks

I had the same experience as some of the other reviewers, got a lot of static and could not keep a signal when my car was moving. I tried the device in both of my cars and did not have any success in either. The device ended up in the trash and I basically wasted my money.
I would like to point out that the device pauses the iPod whenever it receives static, so I would get about 2 seconds of music and then pause, waste 2 minutes finding another station just to get another 2 seconds of music.
I would not recommend wasting your money on this product!!

Sent within a shorter time period than originally stated. Came as stated – one of the 3 didn’t work. It was refunded without a problem. Great service!

excellent product and easy to use. Takes the hassle out of manually scanning for a free station.
