This case is a worthless piece of Cr*p. I own both an 80 GB ipod classic and a 160 GB ipod classic. This case which is advertised to fit both versions does not fit either. It like a hairs edge too short to properly close and lock tight. It does look very pretty and has two backs (the shorter back supposedly fits some smaller versions of the ipod,) and the backs have a cool rubber surface. So if you plan on putting an empty ipod case on your shelf to look at and admire then this case is for you….but if you intend to use it to protect your ipod you would be better off putting your ipod in a blender. It will be safer there. So just look into the mirrored surface of this ipod case and dream of what it would be like to have an ipod case that actually worked.

This is a very nice case, but was disappointed to find that there is a fair bit of wiggle room with a 30 gig ipod. I wish that would have been spelled out in the description. But I put a piece of cardboard in with the ipod to stop the sliding around.

Neither the smaller nor the larger casing fits the 120 GB iPod classic. The smaller one is too small and the larger one is too large. Another back casing needs to be made for the 120 GB.

I bought the 6G 120GB ipod. I know it comes with 2 backs to use. The one back that fits the best doesn’t really fit that great. When I try to plug in the auxillary adaptor it the case gets is the way so I have to take the ipod out of the case. They need a size that is for in between the 80 and 160GB. It has a really nice look to it and it protects the ipod. If it wasn’t for that flaw. I would say it was great.

I bought a used and scratched ipod 30 gb and used this with it, as it comes with a back part for the older ipods as well as the new classic model and wow! Looks great and I didn’t pay $250 bucks for a new ipod!!
