I have an ipod touch and did my research for an fm transmitter. I decided to go with this since my fiance had a monster and didn’t like it. Well, I wish I would’ve bought the monster instead because comparing it with the griffin itrip, the itrip is not even worth the measly $15 that I spent. I’m always scanning for a station and even when I find a station, I mostly hear static. This product really sucks.

From the first time I plugged this transmitter in, it has not charged my iPod. Unless I charge it before leaving the house, I can’t listen to music. If my iPod battery dies at work, it won’t play on the way home. I had another Griffin model that charged my iPod as it played, so it was always fully charged when I got to work, giving me a whole day of music. This model, however, drains the battery as it plays, even though it’s supposed to charge it. Has anyone else had this problem? I read a bunch of reviews that mentioned static, but I just figured that was because there are so many radio stations here. No one mentioned a problem with charging.

This thing does not work very well at all. More static than music. Don’t waste your money.

The order was sent out in no time, service was great. I will say it looked as though the package had been opened before, maybe something happened while it was in route to me. The product works pretty well and the price was Wonderful!

This product is terrible. Not only is there a huge amount of static, even the frequencies that are supposedly the best are dominated by other radio stations. The majority of the time I couldn’t even tell my music was playing.
