This arm band fits securely on your arm and doesn’t move from side to side like some other arm bands do. The only problem is that ipod doesn’t always line up with the middle wheel. This makes changing the volume or changing songs a little difficult. Other than that, this a great product and i would recommend this to everyone.

I purchased this band to replace an elastic band that was stretched out and it is better by far, not to mention super reasonable on price. Some people say it’s bulky and I just don’t see it being that at all, unless of course you have a small stature or thin arms.

The iPod fits nicely and it is comfortable on the arm (you forget it’s there after a while). The only problem is that the outside wheel doesn’t always line up perfectly with the iPod wheel, so sometimes it’s hard to use the volume controls or change settings on the iPod while it’s in the arm band.

The armband and belt clip work very well. They are also very secure and protect your ipod well when working out. The only negative is it is a little bit bulky.
